We're a little bit Arizona sunshine and a whole lot of New Orleans tradition.

Joe grew up on sno balls in New Orleans and has been chasing that nostalgic first bite ever since. After years away from home, he decided Bend deserved a taste of the real thing.

Jess never had an authentic New Orleans sno ball growing up, but she's made it her mission to serve the tastiest, fluffiest sno balls in Central Oregon.

Together, we're sharing a little New Orleans magic right here at OnTap—one sno ball at a time.

A drive down to California to buy a food truck turned into a flight to FL to buy what we now have (we need to name her). We had the trailer shipped to Bend and then got to work.
