Who is Sno Ball Express?

We’re a little bit Arizona sunshine and a whole lot of New Orleans tradition.

Joe grew up on Sno Balls in New Orleans! Now that he’s been away from “home” for a while, he wanted to bring that magic somewhere new - Bend, OR.

Even though Jess has never had a authentic New Orleans sno ball, she’s dedicated to making the tastiest treat for all of Central Oregon!

Together they’re sharing it right here in Bend—one cup of fluffy ice at a time.

A drive down to California to buy a food truck turned into a flight to FL to buy what we now have (we need to name her). We had the trailer shipped to Bend and then got to work.
