Our private events start at $225 and depend on guest count, duration of services, and location.
Yes. There is a 25% deposit required to secure your event date. You can make payments or pay in full prior to your event date.
Yes. We’ll have a contract to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied toward a future event within one year of the original event date, subject to availability and seasonal operating conditions. If you've already paid your remaining balance, additional cancellation terms outlined in your booking agreement will apply.
We love a good celebration, but safety comes first! If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions prevent us from serving, we'll work with you to reschedule your event or apply your payment toward a future booking, subject to our event agreement.
We love capturing the fun and sharing special moments from our events! We respect your privacy and will discuss photo permissions with you beforehand. We won't use identifiable photos of children for promotional purposes without permission from their parent or legal guardian.

We're based in Bend, Oregon, and serve events throughout Central Oregon. Travel availability and any additional fees depend on your event location.
We'll coordinate access, parking, setup space, and any site requirements with you before your event so everything goes smoothly.
